When you acquire a Louis Moinet timepiece you are favored with an unprecedented promise of care. In addition to a two year manufacturer's warranty, we strive to make every experience you have with us as seamless and easy as possible. Most Swiss manufacturers recommend that you have your fine timepiece serviced at least once every three to four years to ensure optimal performance. Typically, your timepiece is disassembled, inspected, cleaned, and undergoes a robust set of diagnostics to ensure optimal performance. So, Louis Moinet makes you this very simple promise: send your Louis Moinet timepiece to us for routine service and we promise that you will have your watch returned to you within 8 weeks, usually faster. If for any reason watsoever we fail to meet this promise, your service will be free. This is our way to promote proper care for you Louis Moinet timepiece to ensure it lasts for generations to come.
